Graduate & Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme
The Road Fund Administration (RFA) plays a vital role in supporting Namibia’s road infrastructure by managing the Road User Charging System (RUCS) in line with Act No. 18 of 1999. Through this mandate, RFA contributes to the sustainable funding required for a safe, reliable, and efficient national road network.
Beyond its core responsibilities, RFA is committed to investing in Namibia’s future by creating opportunities for students and graduates to gain meaningful workplace experience. The Graduate and Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme reflects this commitment to skills development, professional growth, and youth empowerment.
The programme provides structured practical exposure for final-year students who require Work Integrated Learning (WIL) as a prerequisite for graduation, as well as recent graduates seeking to build their experience in a professional environment. Participants are placed in relevant departments to gain hands-on experience aligned with their field of study while contributing to the organisation’s daily operations.
