The RFA procurement processes are guided by the Public Procurement Act 2015, (Act 15 of 2015), and the Public Procurement Regulations 2017 as well as related guidelines and directives as issued by the Government of the Republic of Namibia from time to time. RFA is a category three public enterprise as provided for in terms of public procurement guidelines.
